Textile Design, Japan 1894 VIII

Our colourful little fabric designs, called “Sarasa”, were both painted and dyed cotton patterns from a small 1894 Japanese book. They include animal, bird, and floral motifs. Each is framed with a double thick matt and a fine gold gild profile.
